Victoria Tauli Corpuz from the organisation Tebtebba in the Philippines comments about the negotiations at the UNFCCC COP 13 conference in Bali emphasing the impact for the rights of indigenous people. She is chairperson of the UN Permanent Forum on Indigenous Issues.
